THE QUARTERMASTER
THE QUARTER MASTER is an Italian company, born from the experience of the owners' family in the world of vintage.This experience and a rich historical archive has allowed us to faithfully re-edit authentic garments both from the military world and from everyday life, entirely produced in Italian laboratories and with certified materials.
This parka is without a doubt our most ambitious project this season. Legend has it among collectors of military vintage that it was a German-made parka. It was actually produced by the Hungarians for their soldiers and was subsequently used by the Wehrmacht after the occupation of Hungary. The great challenge was to re-propose a garment from eighty years ago without upsetting it but, at the same time, making some precautions to make it incredibly contemporary.
The result, absolutely successful, is a garment with an iconic design and indestructible manufacturing. Perfect on rainy and cold winter days. Today, just like eighty years ago.
